Hi, my name is Matt and I am from Florida. I have ~7.5 years of experience teaching English as well as some experience teaching other subjects, such as math and science, in English. I have taught in the USA and South Korea before and have started teaching in Prague as well. I have a CELTA certificate (Pass B) which I earned here in Prague in March/April 2015. I also have a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

I am new to Prague (and to Europe), but I thoroughly enjoy the city and its people. I am happy to be teaching English, especially to students with a strong desire to learn. I hope to find more such students and start helping them improve soon.

Matt is a great teacher. He is really nice person who can help you improve your english, especially if you are affraid of speaking. He knows how to support you. I felt speaking in english is absolutelly normal after a few lessons.
You can choose a topic for speaking or some grammar to practice. I would recommend Matt to everyone who is looking for an english teacher in Prague.
